There is a photo pack which has been constructed from the photos on the major league thread of this website. It was last updated about 4 years ago, and is in the process of being updated again now. I don't use it, so I haven't kept track of how to access it. If you ask your question on the major league thread, you'll probably get an answer as to where to find the link.
