I had previously thought that it was the 1905 team, but if my identification of Happy Townsend is correct, then it must be 1906, because he was traded to Cleveland in December, 1905. (Carr was traded away from Cleveland in November, 1905, so if Townsend is correct, then Carr cannot be in the picture. Wakefield was lent to the Senators in February, 1906, so he is also unlikely to be in a photo with Townsend, depending on when spring training started.) Below I've inserted an image of Townsend from 1903 next to the image of the player in the Cleveland photo, apparently wearing the same sweater:
