I would rate 88 Buddy Bell ahead of all of those if your goal is defense. There is a gold Brooks Robinson (89 I think) with very good defense. Both of those cards are decent offensively and would be very good through gold level for sure.
Chipper or Caminiti are good choices for an offensive 3B. I am not sure about their platoon advantages but you can use Baseball Reference to get an idea. There is a gold George Brett that is very good too but doesn't hit LHP well. Same with the gold Wade Boggs.
