1. I don't know if it was already mentioned somewhere but I would like you to add more league levels, for the purpose of better league balance. There are many teams in the perfect league level who are to weak. In the top level there should be way less parallel leagues, to allow the best to meet. Maybe make the number of league levels correlate to some degree with the number of teams. (If this is not possible for OOTP 19 please consider it for the 20 version)
2. Also I think it would be better to not only allow teams to advance according to their playoff records.I would advocate that 50% of the advancing teams should be the playoff teams with the best records and the other 50% should be teams with the best/ next best season records to advance, so that teams cannot simply throw their playoff games in order to not advance while beating up weak competition and so that strong teams with unlucky playoffs aren't held back for too long.
