Honestly, I think the biggest issue with cards like this is that the game has not yet found the right balance between the ratings, with regard to both performance and to the composite OVR rating. Movement is far more important in game than intended. This explains why the predictive FIP formulas people are creating to evaluate pitchers incorporate much higher bonuses for movement than other ratings. It also explains how one of the premier pitchers in this game is merely a mid-level gold (2015 Keuchel, 86 OVR).
