There are many "small" things that we can still do, mainly improvements to already existing features, but in a nutshell you are correct. However, there is one single feature that is still on our to-do list for a future version (OOTP 21 or 22) which will be
huge, but it is a massive undertaking and requires us to hire more talent... fortunately, because of the success of Perfect Team, we will be able to do just that
