Des Moines' Rafael Devers homered twice, including a two-run shot off St. Louis reliever Andrew Miller in the top of the 10th inning to help give the Harvesters a 6-3 win over the River Walkers at Busch Stadium.
A.J. Pollock got the top of the 10th started for Des Moines, drawing a one-out walk from a tiring Chaz Roe.
Miller then entered the game after retiring Kolten Wong for the second out, saw his second pitch to Devers driven over the right-field wall.
The Harvesters added another run in the inning, Austin Hays with a single which scored Cody Bellinger, who had drawn a walk from Miller.
St. Louis owned a 3-0 lead going into the top of the sixth, only to see it evaporate after starting pitcher Jacob deGrom allowed a two-run homer to Devers, followed two batters later by a solo shot from Giancarlo Stanton.
Starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel handled the first 4.2 innings for Des Moines, allowing all three St. Louis runs.
Four relievers combined to pitch shutout ball the rest of the way.

Jandel Gustave pitched the ninth to earn the win. Gabriel Moya did the same in the 10th for his second save.
