Is this intended? Shouldn't it reflect real life where the fan vote winners start the game at their respective position?

I've also seen some weirdness with the All Star lineups, such as players starting at positions they've never played before, and thus wouldn't have had a rating for before the game, even with players who play that position on the bench.
