Hockey13Playa made that if I recall correctly. At least, he uses that on all of his historical jerseys from the past few years so I assume it's his. That'd be part of his jersey template, but I don't believe an update has been released as of yet. Again, I could be wrong. Hopefully someone has a better answer for you :/
