My 2nd team has been promoted to SiL.262 and have been put in the same division as a team with 4 Perfects and 12 Diamonds who went 130-32 in their first season. For some reason thought teams like this would skip a league or so.
No problem either way, still hoping I can sneak a promotion via the WC.

You made the mistake of asking a real question in here. To my knowledge noone jumps levels. You just move up or down 1 level, or stay the same, each week.
