"Tanking etiquette" should probably be clarified a bit (if it's becoming a problem, I haven't really noticed it much). Obviously fielding a team of 40's in Perfect is a violation of the TOS. But what about playing appropriate-level players out of position? Using an opener strategy (which doesn't work and leads to very long losing streaks)? Setting your global strategies to silly extremes? If you only do these things on the last couple of days to ensure relegation is that different than doing them for the whole season?
There needs to be some balance between letting a player ruin a division/league, and forcing a player to stay at a level they aren't enjoying. It's hard (for me at least) to know where to draw the line.
