I know a few people have mentioned Dock Ellis so I got him cheap for my 2nd Team’s first season in the Bronze League.

He finished 21-5 with an ERA of 1.97. He totalled 6.4 WAR. He won the MVP and Pitcher of the Year awards and then pitched two complete games in the WS and allowed only 2 runs. One of the runs was in game 7 of the WS where we won 11-1 behind his complete game.

I pulled Roy Halliday in my Starter Pack and still went with Dock Ellis for all crucial games.
