Did you read the Terms of Service? You don't
own the game. You only license it and are allowed to use it within the Terms of Service.
"3. Use of OOTP 19
You agree only to use OOTP 19 or any part of it in a manner which is consistent with this Licence and you shall not:
(j) otherwise use, copy, transfer or distribute OOTP 19 or part of it except as expressly permitted by this Licence."
I can assure you that the ToS does not expressly permit the sale of your account to someone else for money.
