That team was in a Silver league "competing" against free teams.
They had about a .750 winning percentage, and that was with guys being played out of position to train up.
The discord has the user mentioning how he feels sorry for other teams in the same league as his "destroyer".

If you ever get promoted to a Perfect League, you will have a heart attack as soon as you see all the teams that you have to play every day of the season.
