Kind of linking to the above around strategy, in terms of Ball Park Factors, I set this to random and haven't change this since:

AVG OVR: .990
AVG LHB: 1.065
AVG RHB .950
Doubles: .922
Triples: .860
HR OVR: 1.027
HR LHB: 1.095
HR RHB: .990

Would I be right in saying I should be building around LHB who can hit for Contact and Power then have a pitching staff of predominantly LHP who will give even more trouble to RHP?

My career stats over 3 seasons are currently .AVG 270 and ERA 4.70 with RS 790 and RA 810. Would this be what you would expect for my BP Factor or would this be mainly down to my roster?

I have been following baseball from the UK for about 3 years but never taken much thought into Ball Park Factors when building a team.
