I have thought about this, but if you sold a card for 26 PP instead of 25 PP, you'd be losing 1 PP by selling it for 1 PP more. The waive would have to be extended until you're not selling at a loss. Then, you'd actually make more PP if you sold it at 26 instead of 27, because 26 is protected but 27 would not be. That's a bit of a mess.
