After a disastrous run for the postseason to end the 2022 season (finishing just 3 games out of the wildcard in the NC), the first picture shows the pitching staff that I am going with for 2023.

Turley and Gonzalez were my two best starters, so that's why I kept them on the staff, and "The Quiz" did pretty decent in his own right, as did Hunter and Grace.

The next two pictures show the "better" pitchers that I have, yet I didn't have good results with most of them, which includes silver CL Bobby Thigpen, (68 STU, 64 MOV, 52 CON), not shown.

So, thoughts?

Currently in the Bronze .225 league, ended the 2022 season at 82-80, going 3-7 in the last 10 games, and 15-13 in September.
