I always set Talent Change Randomness to 1 (as in no randomness whatsoever) but that does not prevent a pitcher’s velocity or a player’s speed ratings from shooting up out of nowhere, resulting in the player’s overall ratings increasing. Since these talent changes are pretty random, it defeats the purpose of setting the Randomness level to 1.
