Currently OOTP offers None, 1 to 5, 2 to 8, 1 to 10, 1 to 20, 20 to 80, and 1 to 100 as options for the Player Ratings scale, but only provides None, Stars, and 20 to 80 as options for the Overall and Potential Rating. Options for Overall/Potential should be expanded to include all the ratings scales mentioned above
