We just realized that the menu function to redeem the PP key in the Origin version is not appearing, sorry for that! We are submitting an update to Origin today that fixes this!
Also, it seem Apple is having trouble processing the in-app purchases in the Mac AppStore version at the moment, we have contacted their support and hope they sort it out ASAP.
