If 100 people clicked refresh at that exact instant, that is only a 0.02 probability out of 5000 teams. Then the odds that even one of those people would navigate to the exact page that the deal is on and recognize it, then bid in time to block it are astronomical.
I just think there should be wide open wheeling and dealing or no wheeling and dealing. I am not a fan of gray areas where almost the same thing is OK in one hand and not the other.
