On the left side of this screen, we have each level displayed and it gives a number of teams promoted and relegated.

So, right now, I see the following.

Perfect Leagues
8 Teams delegated

Diamond Level
8 Teams promoted, 7 teams relegated

and so on....

These number aren't accurate, at least I don't think they are. This is the first week of Gold leagues, so more than 16 teams were promoted.

So, what is this really supposed to represent?
