Contract negociation - custom league
In custom league, i'm wondering
are the contract demands based on the player attributes only?
In my custom league with an 80 million salary cap, I have a guy who had 6 pts in 82GP and a 52 GR... he wanted 4 millions a year so I only gave him a qualifying offer.
A team offered him 12millions/3 years and I got a first and a third as compensation...
Is it possible for contract to be more based on performance? No team would lose a first and a third for a 6pts winger
