I had something like that recently. When upgrading my rotation, I was trying to figure out who to drop. While Langston did well for me last year getting lots of 10k games, this year I thought he was too volatile, costing me too many games, so I kept Dennis Martinez around instead. While he's never going to get a corner painter achievement, I think he gives me a better chance to win.
