Current Season: Beginning 2009 (simmed from 2001-08, released/reset all players and opened up an initial draft.
"Super Baseball" league is now hiring GM's.
Hi, I'm Jackson. What this is, is a fictional league. Fifteen teams in 3 divisions competing for the ultimate title, Super League Champions. Get in now to take part in the inaugural season, sure to be filled with great times. I'm going to incorporate Slack for communication as well as a forum for posting articles. I'm in contact with the statslab guys so that will be a part as well, along with other features to be discussed.
By fictional I mean teams will be worldly (Earthbound) Cities. Other than that restriction; GM's may announce their inherited teams Location/Nickname/Logos/Unis to their own liking. Other options I'm considering are ballpark configurations, scouting and coaching (on/off?), Stars? and sim length.
Sims will be held every weekday, unless a holiday or otherwise specified. The length of the sims is up for debate, (season length, and other factors are being considered) and will be open for all GM's to discuss. I, for one am leaning toward one of these two scenarios. Either a short season with short sims, or a regular (15 teams at 12 games against each team = 168) season with longer sims.
An inaugural draft for the initial 15 gm's who get a team will happen. Not a crazy long draft but 15-25 rounds. Enough for gm's to get a start on there team. All details remain to be finalized.
