What really annoys me is not that there is a rule ... it's that there is a stupid rule.
If OOTP says you have to carry 12-13 batters and 12-13 pitchers that would be realistic and perfectly okay.
But to say you have to carry 15 batters and 10 pitchers is completely unrealistic, no matter if I can buy me 2-3 batters for no more than 20 PP's combined.
But I can live with it.
