Everytime since 19.9.111 when I complete a LIVE SIM (been doing this for a few years)... when I hit finish SIM it locks up my network connections forcing me to do a netsh winsock reset.. nothing else will clear it... I have taken everything out of the picture (Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Cloud, Dropbox, et all... I dont use Apple products)... I have noticed that when launching OOTP 19.9.124 you automatically try to connect... why is that... I just figure this is my problem... a background process that tries to connect to a server, that unless I say so wont be allowed to connect...
Please my Leagues and I are getting to the point of frustration to the max....
You guys are always on top of it... though I am still copying my xfbl league files to another directory as reports dont run (posted, file sent, etc May 2017)...
