We can already assign a tournament team to a region, a group of teams etc... but what about allowing an option for teams to select their squads from:

- A customisable group of countries (as you can't make changes to world.dat after the game has started)
- A minor league level
- An age bracket
- The entire College/high school pool
- An ethnic group (via 'facial type')

or a combination of the above (for instance US players 21-25 playing AAA ball)

Tournaments have been one of the big wins in the last few years but this would beef them up further.
