I've watched others open packs too (friends and streamers including the devs). I've probably watched 200+ packs besides my own opened and I've only seen 1 Perfect Player ever come from a pack (it was Roger Clemmons opened by Kris Jardine AKA Snaggle). That's it.

How many perfect players do you expect to see come out of packs? The odds are 1:1000, so seeing one pulled out of 200 packs makes sense.
