world.dat issues here. I cannot fix those. the others I can Basically country of origin only works in the current year standard game. Historically it doesn't work worth a hill of beans. when I sent Lukas the missing 2,000 MLB birthplaces I did not even include the additional 11,000 missing minor league ones. I believe that unless historicals gets decoupled from the useless world.dat this won't improve.
