The following is a team from my league - I faced the guy in beta and the had a powerhouse there.
Look at the "bullpen". The only question is: Will he finish 162-0?
But it's within the rules. If he's satisfied to win with a team like that he's entitled to do so as long as he doesn't break any rules.
And if you want to compete with him you have to spend some real money, you don't get teams like that by opening packs ... and if you don't want, let him play with this team and win his division by 50 games.
That's the great part of PT - each and everybody decides what route he wants to take
