Redefine "Prospect"

There needs to be an age limit (or a limit base on age multiplied with some factor of how you have your development and aging set) on what's considered a prospect.

A 25-year-old player that's never made it to the majors is not a prospect. I'd probably set the limit around 22, but YMMV.

Also, a young player whose potential is 20 isn't a prospect either.
