Tampa Bay Close to Signing Veteran SP?

One of the league's most prominent players, Clayton Kershaw, is reportedly seeking a contract with the Rays, sending fans of the organization into orbit. Management tried to put a lid on the rumors earlier in the day, preferring to keep any developments to itself. However, industry insiders confirmed that a deal is being negotiated, and that an offer of $150,000,000 is on the table should Kershaw want to take the Rays up on it.

The Boston Red Sox, Atlanta Braves, and Detroit Tigers are all actively putting deals together to sign Kershaw as well.

Troy Tulowitzki is ready for the 2019 season
Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki has been medically cleared, and returned to the Toronto Blue Jays roster today. Tulowitzki has not played a major league game since July 2017.

Tulo is owed $20,000,000 for the 2019 season, and $14,000,000 for 2020. It is likely the Blue Jays will try to trade him, although with a big contract, that is easier said then done.
