Split A and R levels as they are in real life

Currently OOTP has no differentiation between Advanced (or High) A clubs (California, Carolina, and Florida State leagues) and A clubs (Midwest and South Atlantic leagues), nor Advanced Rookie (R+) clubs (Appalachian and Pioneer leagues), and Rookie clubs (Arizona, Gulf Coast, and Dominican Summer leagues).

I'd like to see these levels split out in this fashion.

California, Carolina, and FSL leagues as Advanced A (A+ or High A)
Midwest and SAL leagues as Class A (no change here).

Appalachian and Pioneer leagues as Advanced Rookie (R+)
Arizona and GCL leagues as Rookie (R) leagues (as they are now).
DSL league as Low Rookie (R-), since this is the first level of pro ball for many players, thus the talent level is not as high as in the other levels.
