This is along with improving graphics are my biggest wishes for this franchise. i grit my teeth and deal with the ballpark factors in my online league. But in my solo leagues i always make all of the ballparks neutral.
i enjoy the background of playing my games in MMP or the Astrodome or visiting some of the other ballparks. But i wish the ballparks actually played a factor.
