Yes... IRL no-one has intentionally built a 'contact only' lineup in over 90 years.
We'll definitely see some odd stuff if achievement point rewards are not too directly related to on-field success.
But with all of the adjustments being asked for (and done), it almost sounds like it would be better to scrap the whole 'achievement pp' idea and just give everyone a block payment at the beginning of each year.
I understand what you're trying to accomplish, but I'm not sure that this is possible, Markus. There can never be a system where both bad teams and good are making fairly similar amounts of pp, and at the same time not have players who think they're making far less pp than they deserve. Whatever system you decide on, if it isn't directly tied to winning there will always be min/maxer's who will exploit it.
