If you main goal is to win, if you want to be regarded as a "winner" here on the boards or by yourself ... Yes, absolutely! If you want to play with the "big boys" you need to have a good roster, a very good roster. Smart card managin won't be enough.

I played 3 years..
1st season 72-90
2nd season 98-64 - 2nd seed, (bye) lost 4 games to 2 in World Series
3rd season 83-79 didn't qualify
Awesome experience & cant wait for many many season. I will be one of the casual players, just dont have the extra cash for cards. I hope to meet many new folks within the leagues. Good Luck to all
