Had that happen to me once. ended up losing game because of that I nearly tossed laptop out the window.

Bunt play with a runner on first. Catcher or pitcher thrown to 2nd for the lead out, middle infielder throws it away. Runner ends up on 2nd.

I have seen a bunt and catcher throws to 2nd then on to 1st double play GRRRRRR happens maybe twice a season for me if that

successful steal of home.

That's one in my 80 years on this game since OOTP13 I have never tried to even do on my own.
