this is good IMO
I'd prefer the game inflation to be even a bit slower. a typical team starting out a season with 23 bronzes and 2 silvers shouldn't end the season with 2 diamonds 8 golds and the rest silvers
at the same time, we all do want to see some progression in our teams. no one wants to spend good money and get nothing but commons and a bottom end bronze, so it will be nice balance in between
