Flashing Background - graphical glitch
I've encountered reoccurring graphical glitches only in Perfect Team. Resizing the game window (I play in windowed mode) or changing gaming resolution from the ootp settings menu will result in flashing background portions of the window. The only time the flashing stops is if player pictures are loading (or any other reason for a loading screen occurs). At this point the flashing may stop totally or resume after.
Resizing the window also changes the colour scheme to all black. As well the little popup windows the occur when hovering over a menu entry are freezing in the background.
