I sold all the players on my reserve roster. I forgot to submit my team before the sim, so when it was done, I checked back and still had the points I gained from selling the players, but also had all the players.

BUT, they're unusable, as they should be...except now they're stuck on my reserve roster with no way to get rid of them.

Edit: I also didn't receive the points I was supposed to from that sim, despite the achievements showing up in my history. Not sure if its related or not.
