Dang. For some reason my "User CP" didn't give me any notifications there were replies to this thread, so I assumed there were none. Sorry for the long radio silence.

Anyway, here's the answer: 53.

Yes, 53. Wut? It makes me think there is something else I'm not quite seeing in the game that affects home runs allowed. Yes, HRA is quite variable year to year due to being a semi-rare event (compared to BB, K, etc.). But this guy is consistently good at preventing home runs despite a low movement rating.
