I've wanted to play a viable cash league for a long time, and this one certainly looks viable.

My issue here though is that with this particular league it seems that if you're not running a strong team then you're just throwing money away. The online leagues I've played, you have a couple of exceptionally good and active players who put their teams together and are perennial champions after that.

I remember seriously talking about this idea with a couple of people about 10 years ago... using OOTP5 as the platform I think. And what we'd worked out is that there would be an overall fee for the league, and then each persons share of what they'd pay would be based on their teams expenses (which could be as high as they wanted). It would also have been legal to sell players, so there might be money to be made even as a weak team, providing players to the league giants.

Have you guys come up with ideas which would make weak teams viable to play, or is the league still only based upon success on the field?
