I focus on some specific ratings for specific positions. For example, when looking at pitchers, I typically look for a guy with above average control and movement and is a ground ball pitcher. For my position players, I look for guys with good eye potential and defensive potential. These guides aren't set in stone, but I use them to gauge the pool each round.
