Good morning

I have downloaded the All-in-One pack and started a 1901 Historical game.
What settings do I need to use/change/set-up in order for "real" faces to be used ?
Can I import the faces once I've started a game or do I need to re-start from the beginning ?
Hard to tell early on in a historical game, but I do remember in past games players like Ty Cobb looking great...….
The game I set up doesn't have his "real face".
