i think that stuff is in the game already. licensed by mlb etc.

you can add server locations to the xml file, eh? there's a thread with where it 'should' point... if there's another url to use, it's in forums too. gogole with "Site:URL" appended and you'll find it in no time i bet.

also, go to the mods forum. may find useful info there that is relevant. (same with google search here for the "all-in-one" or any named mod you can remember or a keyword that wil find it etc)

it's really just amatter of plopping the archived file into the correct directory and ootp will run with it even if it didn't download it through the game.
