I would have loved getting one of Selanne, Lidstrom, Blake, or Roenick, but getting the highest potential player in the draft Mike Modano and pairing him Mario Lemieux the Red Wings have a chance to be special if Mario can stay healthy. Every team in the top 8 should be happy with their picks except maybe Pittsburgh.
