Main screen. I've narrowed it down just now however. The issue is if I maximize the window it shows up ok until I click on another in-game tab, when it draws the new window for that tab it cuts off the bar again. I can however un-maximize the game and clicking a tab then shows the full bar again.
Maximizing the window was a habit from FHM4, I would just do it so it would cover up the few pixels on the right side of the screen that the window on launch doesn't cover. It's far from a big deal to just not maximize the window however so while I can't speak for anyone else this is as far from a priority issue as I could imagine.
