Cardinals right-handed relief pitcher John Brebbia left their final spring training game, an 8-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers, with elbow pain.
It was later diagnosed as elbow tendonitis. He is expected to miss up to seven weeks and has been placed on the 60-day disabled list.
