I too would be curious what happens when you watch the replay of a sim game

Not talking about watching a replay. Trying to see if there would be a difference in rng between starting a game such that you get to the opening pitch and then quick sim or just watching the same game play out in real time. Not sure how to test. Can you create a backup at the spot where a game is just starting so that I could restore back to that spot and then compare?
It isn't really a huge deal, was more about curiosity than anything so not looking to spend a whole lot of time testing to find an answer. Was just hoping someone here might have some insight.
